Subscription Orders (Milk)
Cancellation and Refunds:
If you cancel your milk subscription before the start of the billing cycle, a full refund will be issued.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations during an ongoing billing cycle. However, the remaining balance can be adjusted in your future subscriptions.
Missed Delivery:
If a scheduled delivery is missed due to Purofresh's fault, the equivalent amount will be refunded or adjusted in subsequent deliveries.
No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
Dairy Products and Grains
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
A replacement will be provided, or a refund will be issued after verifying the issue.
Returns and Refunds:
Perishable items like dairy products (e.g., milk and ghee) are non-returnable unless they are defective.
Non-perishable items, such as grains, can be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition. Refunds will be processed after quality checks.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay or PhonePe).
Customers will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is processed.
